If you want to buy house then you should think about extra cost you might have to spend in the process of preparing your house to be ready used status. I usually buy a second house which means house which has been stayed by the owner and now the owner wants to sell it. It is cheaper than new built house but of course we need to renovate second house bought before use it for our living place. The process of preparing house is really complex because there are so many things we need to prepare. What is the hard part in this process? For me personally, buy all home appliances is really hard to do because I need to prepare a lot of money from my budget to make it realized. It is true that there are so many options in various prices which we can choose but we usually want good product or at least in average quality. No one wants to buy poor quality product even the price is really cheap. The middle quality product costs more than that poor one. You can choose two options in buying home appliances. First, you can buy the ready stock product in the store. It is real product and you’ve seen this. Second, you order the seller to create the product for you. After the product is created, you pay them. Every choice has advantage and disadvantage.

There are so many problems in our life. And you are not the only one person in this world who has problem in your life because no one person who invulnerable of problem. It is true in our life we always meet problem because we live with different character of people who need to be understood and treated well like we treat someone we love. Sometimes it is hard to keep our opinion in one person only because sometimes the other person will ask the same and in that position we will confuse because of choosing which one of two options we will prefer more? Before you decide you need to consider what the point of prior one person than another is because we need to find the benefit of making someone to be prior than other. We can see this example clearly from the business deal and action. As a businessman we need to prior the company or individual which will give me more money than others. It is true in business we need to take profit and we can’t deny this fact. But the way you act and think is really important to make your life in better way. You are what people think of you.
Doing business in this time is hard to do because the world has not fully recovered from the huge scale crisis started last year. So what we need to do in this hard time? We need to change our perception and be struggle person to survive from the crisis. May be it doesn’t matter for people who usually save money well rather than buy unnecessary things but it will be big problem for people who like to spend money for something unnecessary and not important. Starting new business is difficult especially when we want to ask loan as the first capital for our business. Business is related to the financial that is related to the money that can be used for paying lots of expenses.
